LSI Industries Stock Rises on Strong Quarterly Earnings
LSI Industries (LYTS) surged over 4% in late-afternoon trading Thursday, outperforming the S&P 500's 0.3% decline. The lighting and graphics company reported fiscal Q4 2025 net sales of $155 million, a 20% year-over-year increase, while non-GAAP adjusted net income jumped 27% to $10.6 million ($0.34 EPS). Both figures significantly exceeded analyst estimates of $139 million in sales and $0.22 EPS.
Growth was driven by a 12% sales increase in Core lighting and a 29% surge in display solutions. Recent acquisitions of EMI Industries (April 2024) and Canada's Best Holdings (March 2025) contributed to the strong performance. The company cited improved project order rates as a key growth driver.
